Jury Trial Victory

In September 2025, Mr. Branson went to trial on a breach of contract case against a dentist who did not perform as agreed.  The case was tried to a jury in Johnson County, Kansas.  After a 3 day trial, Mr. Branson’s client received a verdict from the jury in his favor.  Plaintiff verdicts, especially against professionals, are very rare in Johnson County, Kansas.  Another positive outcome for a great and deserving client.
