1.7 MILLION DOLLAR SETTLEMENT

Mogenson & Branson, LLC is proud to announce that we have successfully recovered 1.7 million dollars for our client in a metropolitan area tort case.  Michael S. Mogenson was lead counsel for our litigation team.  While the monetary recovery will not cure the injury caused by the tortfeasor, it will assist the plaintiff as he moves forward.  It has been an honor to represent this military family.
