$5 Million Settlement

Mogenson & Branson, LLC recently obtained a $5 million settlement on behalf of the heirs at law of a young husband and father who was tragically killed in a car accident earlier this year in Johnson County, Kansas.  The wrongful death settlement was for the maximum insurance benefits available to cover the liability of the at-fault driver and the trucking company with which he was employed.  Kyle A. Branson acted as lead counsel on the case.  Mr. Branson is happy to bring some comfort to a terrible and tragic situation.
