Another $2.5 Million Recovery

Mogenson & Branson, LLC is once again honored to announce that a Missouri Circuit Court approved another Wrongful Death settlement on behalf of our clients and fellow heirs.  The $2,500,000.00 recovery is over and above all insurance coverage available to the Corporate Defendant in this case.

Our litigation team was led by Super Lawyer Honoree, Michael S. Mogenson.  With the addition of this recovery to the $6,025,000.00 Mogenson & Branson, LLC previously recovered in this case, the total recovery for our clients and fellow heirs is $8,525,000.00.
