Quarter Million Dollar Case Successfully Defended

In April of 2019 Mogenson & Branson, LLC successfully defended a large civil lawsuit filed against one of its clients in the District Court of Miami County, Kansas. Kyle A. Branson was lead counsel on the case. Our client had been sued for $300,000 on a variety of claims and through the diligence and skill of counsel, the Court summarily dismissed the entire case against our client.
