Skilled Care Facility Settles Two Claims for Six Figures

Mogenson & Branson, LLC recently settled two claims against the same skilled care facility for injuries to two different individuals.  The settlements totaled well into the six figures.  While the individuals were not related, their injuries were similar and the alleged neglect was similar in nature.  While the claims were denied, both claims were settled for substantial sums and brought some measure of peace and recompense to the injured individuals and their families.  Kyle A.
