Successful jury trial!

Mogenson & Branson, LLC recently scored a significant win in front of a Wyandotte County, Kansas jury.  Kyle Branson was lead counsel on the case.  The case involved a dental malpractice claim.  The damages had previously been set by the Court, and the case had been before the Court of Appeals, and back to District Court for trial on the issue of apportionment of fault.  The jury found 100% of the fault on the defendant, which resulted in a $285,000 award in favor of the plaintiff.  A great result for a deserving client.
